Meet Lynn. As a kickboxing instructor, her students always asked where to find quality women’s gloves. The only options were giant, low-quality, and bubblegum pink which impacted their training by hurting wrists and preventing a good grip. You wouldn't wear running shoes two sizes too big why would you do that with gloves? This question led Lynn to found @societynine.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ After pulling together a focus group of several hundred women to better understand fit preferences and needs, Society Nine developed its first product, the Bia Boxing Glove named after the Greek goddess of force and strength.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ P.S. It all started at school. Twin sisters Sophie & Izzy were forever switching between pencils and highlighters when one day, they came up with a simple hack to combine the two. Soon after, friends copied their hack while their parents looked for a product on the market to discover none existed. So, the duo decided to do it themselves.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Sophie & Izzy founded SOZY Pencils and created The Annotator, an all in one pencil and highlighter, inspired by their teachers who encouraged students to annotate their books.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Fun Fact: SOZY is a combination of Sophie and Izzy's names.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ P.S.
